Onduparaka Vs Express FC, 4:30 PM

SC Villa coach Douglas Bamweyana has said that he will correct errors as his side face Onduparaka FC in a league game on Wednesday in Arua.
The Jogoos, 13th on the log, have gone four league games without a win since beating Paidha Black Angles 2-1 in Namboole.
The side drew against BUL and Police before back to back losses in the hands of KCCA and Kirinya Jinja SS.
“Tomorrow’s game is very important to us, we have had fairly poorly results in the last two games.
“We have had many errors in our games and its something we want to rectify.”
“It’s an away game, the conditions in the North may not be favouring but we are ready for the tussle.”
Against Onduparaka, Villa will face a highly motivated side who won the reverse fixture 1-0 in Namboole, courtesy of Rashid Toha’s freekick.
However, the Caterpillars lost their last league game – losing 1-0 to Nyamityobora in Mbarara, a game that ended their five game unbeaten streak.
Bamweyana added;
“We only have one injured player in Habib Kavuma who unfortunately twisted his ankle in the second last training.
“And we made a switch – then! We couldn’t risk him. It didn’t look good but we hope it’s not that bad.”
It should be remembered that Godfrey Lwesibawa’s goal was the difference as Villa edged Onduparaka in Arua last season.
Villa’s captain Ashraf Mandela, speaking in Arua after the team’s training, said:
“We have had enough preparations, the international break has given us enough time to rectify our mistakes. Our record with Onduparaka is not bad and we hope to build on that.”
