All is NOT set for the upcoming 2019 National Junior Boxing Championship that sets to start on April 29 to May 2, 2019.

The Federation has revealed that it is facing constraints to fund the event which is to take an estimated cost of Sh100M.

UBF President Moses Muhangi who was addressing members of the press on Tuesday Morning revealed the development:

“We need Sh100M to make sure that the event is colourful. Its unfortunate that we continue to seek for financial sport.

” NCS are yet to release the needed support for this quarter, so our next solution is either someone comes on board or we will seek for loans. We are just hopeful that between now and at least 29th that we can solicit resources.”
