Uganda’s other representative at the 2019 CECAFA Kagame cup, KCCA FC will return to action on Tuesday.

The Startimes Uganda Premier League champions will face the defending champions of the tournament Azam FC of Tanzania at the Huye Stadium.

Mike Mutebi’s charges come into this fixture on the back of their 1-1 draw against Bandari FC (Kenya) in their tournament opener.

“We thank the technical stuff and players for our efforts against Bandari but it was hard luck for the team though we managed to pick a point,” said Allan Okello.

“We come in this fixture needing a win because anything negative will give us no chance to advance to the next stage.

“This won’t be our first meeting, we’ve played Azam in a friendly match in Uganda and we hope to replicate that against them tomorrow.”

Azam FC beat Mukura 1-0 in their opening fixture to lead group B on three points and they will seal a quarter final spot with victory.
