Express Players Run To FUFA After Shown Exit By Bbosa

Express FC players have on Wednesday stormed FUFA offices in Mengo to seek for help after they were reportedly kicked out by new head coach Wasswa Bbosa.

Edrisa Kaye, Hamdan Nsubuga, Joshua Ssentambule and Joshua Adea have been deemed as surplus to requirements by the new gaffer.

The coach reportedly told the players that they are not in his plans for the future and are therefore free to look for greener pastures.

All the mentioned players have failed to command playing minutes at the club because of injuries and ability.

It is reported that the said players, who have three-year running contracts, want compensation, a step that the club is not willing to take.

The club is yet to make an official statement about the situation while efforts to reach Coach Bbosa has been in vain as he is busy preparing for a team to face Maroons on Thursday at Luzira.

Midfielder Nsubuga was reportedly told to be out for six weeks as he rebuilds his abdominal muscles while goalkeeper Adea last featured in the opening games before suffering a back injury. The shot stopper has internal disciplinary case with the club as well.

Express FC are 12th on the log with 28 points, six above the drop zone.
