Kampala Hockey Club scooped a bronze medal at the Africa Cup for Club Championships on Sunday after a 3-1 win over Gentrix.

The two sides were meeting for the second time in this competition and KHC came out tops to take home bronze.

Brian Bayuule and Allan Malit were on target as the Stallions defied the odds. Bayuule notched a brace! He opened the scoring for the Ugandan side in the 18th minute before ending the game as a contest in the 53rd minute with his second.
