Ivan Sserubiri Joins Another UPL Side

In the latest development, gifted midfielder Ivan Sserubiri has finalized his move to Gaddafi FC, The-SportsNation can confirm.

Sserubiri’s transfer follows his departure from SC Villa earlier this month, marking the end of his stint with the Jogoos.

The gifted player had re-grouped with SC Villa matches inside the first round before he was deemed as surplus to requirements.

Eager to make a fresh start, the former URA player has found refuge at Gaddafi FC, a fellow Uganda Premier League (UPL) team.

Sserubiri is determined to secure a regular spot in Coach David Mutono’s lineup and make a significant impact with his exceptional skills on the field.

Notably, Sserubiri becomes the latest addition to Gaddafi FC who earlier included former SC Villa players Hassan Musana and Rogers Kiwanuka in this ongoing window.

Gaddafi FC also acquired defender Jackson Wabuleta from Black Power.

This strategic move is part of the team’s preparations for the upcoming second round of the league and the Uganda Cup.
