Tooro United take on KCCA FC on matchday six of the ongoing 2019/20 StarTimes UPL season.

This will be Tooro’s first game at St Paul Seminary ground. The club was recently cleared to return to Fort Portal, where they hosted games at Buhinga last season.

Tooro had been using Wankulukuku as their home ground temporarily where they beat Busoga United before falling to Maroons.

The hosts are 10th on the log with six points. They come into the game on the back of a 1-2 win against URA FC.

The Car dealers will be without Paddy Muhumuza, Geoffrey Lwesibawa and Ibrahim Kayiwa who are still serving their suspensions for confronting referee Brian Miiro in a 1-0 loss to Vipers in Kitende.

Coach Wasswa Bbosa noted that his side, even without the trio, remain strong and are ready for the challenge.

“I respect KCCA, they have good players and a good manager but I have not lost to Mutebi (Mike) on grass. We are in good moods and am confident that we will win.”

KCCA FC shifts Attention

After their elimination from CAF Champions League, KCCA FC shifts attention to the league.

“The coaches have prepared us quite well,” said John Revita. “The atitude in camp is good and the team chemistry too. We have put behind all that did not go well last week and want to focus on the task at hand. We want to pick a decent result in Tooro away and keep the belief.”

Keziron Kizito, Sam Ssenyonjo and Nigerian John Odumegwu are set for their debut while teenagers Steven Sserwadda, Anaku Sadat, Mustafa Kizza and Muzamiru Mutyaba did not travel with the team.

Simon Serunkuma will be seeking to impress against his former pay masters.

KCCA FC are eighth on the log with six points – They have won their two league games so far – beating Wakiso Giants and Busoga United.
