Wakiso Hills beat Echos 3-0 and seal the last place in the Women Elite League Quarterfinal.

Wakiso came into the game in third place and needed nothing but victory to leapfrog Lango Queens in second after the side lost 1-0 She Maroons in the first group game at Njeru.

In a winner takes it all, second half goals from Justine Birabwa, Sylvia Namiwanda and Faith Namuddu ensured that the Antelopes qualify behind She Maroons from Group D to the last eight.

In the first game, Winnie Kyomugisha, who has been impressive in the tournament, struck in the 79th minute, her fourth goal this season to see that her side the Prison Warders finished with maximum points.

Wakiso Hills now finish second with four points, while She Maroons finished as table leaders with 9 points.

In the knock out stage, She Maroons will face Ajax Queens who were second runners up firm group C while Wakiso Hills will be up against Amuria High School who topped group C.

The top two teams at the End of the season will qualify to the FUFA Women Super League.
