KCCA Left Reeling After Busoga United Draw

Tuesday 23rd May
Busoga United 0-0 KCCA
Villa 1-0 Blacks Power
BUL 1-1 Vipers
URA 4-0 Gadaffi FC

KCCA FC’s hopes of lifting the title have hit a snag after they were held to a goalless draw by Busoga United in the Uganda Premier League at Kakindu stadium.

Ahead of this game, KCCA was level on 49 points with Vipers and Villa.

After dropping crucial two points that would have kept their ambitions alive, the Kasasiro Boys needs to win their last match of the season against Bright Stars in Lugogo.

On the otherside, Villa who won their game move two points clear at the summit while Vipers drops to second after a one all draw at BUL FC.

For Busoga United it’s a vital point for them as it seals their fate in the league after Blacks Power is mathematically relegated following a defeat at Villa.

KCCA are second with 50 points after 27 points while Busoga United are on 28 points in 27 matches.
