Earlier last year in September, KCCA confirmed that the left back had joined the Spanish Segunda side on loan.

But there was pending paper work that couldn’t allow Juma join the side straight away.

And the player has since then been here home, training with KCCA and also seen on many league games especially at Lugogo.

Juma is a former U17 captain for both KCCA FC and Uganda Men’s National Team.

Last year, while still at KCCA, he captained the KCCA FC U20 side as they won the Cambiasso and Rainbow U20 International Tournament in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in July 2022.

It is a big move for the youngster to join Club Deportivo Leganes, a side that competes in the Segunda Division, the second tier of the Spanish League System.

And the move will see him join a couple of youngsters who are enjoying life on professional stints abroad. Among these are Sadat Anaku (Dundee United), Oscar Mawa (Italy) among others.
