Power benefited from a fast start on Sunday in a game they led from the word go until the final buzzer.

It was a collective effort this time, starting with Guellord Mobanza who scored a game high 15 points on 6-of-13 shooting.

Stephen Otoa (14pts, 10rebs) and Sam ad I’m ran (12pts, 14rebs) scored a double double each.

Isaac Afidra contributed 10 points and 8 assists as Power showed grit and in a dominant display.

Everything that could go wrong for JKL did, but their starting five will take the stick.

Outside Tom Omara (10), the other four starters combined for four points – Bienfait Lola (0), Derrick Katumba (0), David Kalala (2) and Joseph Dramaza (2).

Jude Ochen (13) and John Focus Teko (12) came off the bench to score in double digits but the effort proved not enough.

This, is win number three for Power this season having beaten Rezlife Saints in the league opener.
