Uganda Cranes play host to neighbours Rwanda Amavubi Stars at St Mary’s Stadium Kitende in Group E of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
The Cranes beat Rwanda 1-0 in the reverse fixture on Thursday at Kigali Stadium thanks to Fahad Bayo’s goal, and the hosts will be hoping to complete a double.

Sadly, standin captain halid Aucho will miss the encounter due to suspension after picking a yellow card in Rwanda.
KCCA FC veteran defender Denis Iguma will don the armband in Aucho’s absence.

They started off this campaign with an away 1-0 loss to Mali, drew 1-1 at home to Kenya before Thursday’s loss.

Muzamir Mutyaba scored a brace and Derrick Nsibambi was also on target as Uganda Cranes beat Rwanda 3-0 at Kitende in 2018 CHAN Qualifiers.
