Preview: Gaddafi Seek To Return To Winning Ways

Gaddafi will be hoping to get back to the winning column when they welcome Maroons in a league game at Kakindu.

The Soldier Boys have lost three games in a row, falling to Arua Hill, KCCA and Vipers and have scored just one goal in their last four games!

Their last win was on April 7 against Bright Stars, a 1-0 win at Kakindu where they will once again be banking on home support to claim maximum points.

The side sit 11th with 29 points, just nine points above the relegation zone.

And it has been a poor outing for the side that wanted to compete for top places after marquee signings and addition of Coach Wasswa Bbosa before the start of the season.

Maroons on the other hand, are literally where Gaddafi wants to be – Fifth with 36 points after 24 games.

And a win can see them leapfrog Arua Hill!

It has been a good spell for Maroons who have won three in a row, beating UPDF, URA and notably SC Villa in their last game.

Fred Amaku scored the only goal as Maroons beat Gaddafi 1-0 at Luzira in the first round last year.
