UPL: KCCA Out To Seal 13th Title

Tuesday, April 23
Police Vs Vipers
Ndejje University Vs KCCA
Maroons Vs SC Villa
Nyamityobora Vs Tooro United

Differing ambitions as title chasers KCCA pay a visit to relegation bound Ndejje University on Tuesday in one of the four league games on Tuesday.

The visitors have collected 59 points, nine above Vipers in second with three games left and will become champions elect, their 13th title, if they manage to avoid defeat at the Arena of Visions.

Ndejje on the other hand, have 25 points in 14th with three points below the red line. SC Villa who face Maroons have 28 and 32 points respectively.

With three games on the card, KCCA already feel that this is a title in the bag. The side still has a trip to Ndejje before hosting Maroons at Lugogo on the last day of the season.

After beating Express FC on Saturday, Coach Mike Mutebi told journalists that his aim is to win all his three remaining games, despite needing just one point to seal the title.

It should also be noted that KCCA will be crowned champions today, even if they lose against Ndejje, if Vipers fail to beat Police FC in the other league game at Lugogo.

Muzamir Mutyaba, Muwadda Mawejje and Steven Sserwadda scored a goal each as KCCA FC beat Ndejje in the reverse fixture, 3-1. Anwar Ntege scored for Ndejje.

Paidha Black Angels and Nyamityobora FC, both promoted last season, have already dropped back in the Big League.
