On the 21st of April 2021 melbet.ug officially launched a campaign to distribute reflector Jackets to the Boda Boda community in Kampala at Kiira Police football pitch in Kamwokya.

The event was attended by Boda Boda Association leaders, Boda boda riders, the Uganda Police and Melbet officials. This effort will see melbet.ug distribute 10,000 reflector jackets evenly in all the 5 divisions of Kampala over a period of 2 months following the Ministry of Health standard operations guidelines. 

This initiative has been made by melbet.ug to give back to the community at large especially the Boda Boda community which includes Boda Boda users, Boda Boda riders and Boda Boda passengers.
