Arua Hill: We failed to Utilise Our Chances – Sadiq Sempigi

Arua Hill Assistant Coach Sadiq Sempiji has rued the missed chances in a 1-0 loss to table leaders KCCA at the Barifa Ground.

Davis Kasirye headed home Mato Rogers cross to help KCCA to victory in a closely contested affair.

Though they were the better side, Arua Hill failed to utilise the many chances they created to see the back of the net.

The Kongolo have now failed to score in back to back matches losing both of them 1-0 to Gadaffi FC and KCCA FC.

Speaking after the loss, Sadiq Sempiji says they had planned better but defensive mistakes costed them.

“Result failed to come our way we had planned better but it didn’t come the way we had planned,” Sadiq Sempiji says

“We made some mistakes our Defender failed to match with the striker from the cross and they scored the goal.”

Arua Hill were unlucky on !&
the day but KCCA took the day after holding on the pressure.

“We had better moments in the game but we didn’t score they had their only chance they got and utilized it.”

The Arua based side sits 11th on the log with 7 points in 6 matches with a game in hand.

Next on the agenda for Arua Hill is an away visit to Busoga United on Tuesday 30th November at the FUFA Technical Centre Njeru.

“We are going to work on those few things such that we play well in the next game.”

The Coach also commented on KCCA delaying tacticts admiting that they we right because they were away and they had the lead.

“Of course when a team is leading you have to expect that because we raised the temple of the game.”

“We were attacking them all the time so they had to cool us down that’s what most teams in Uganda do when they are leading and they are away so they had to apply delaying tactics.”

“We think we are going to organise ourselves so we expect a very huge reaction in the next game.”
