Forward Kenneth Kimera is in advanced talks to join Uganda Premier League side Wakiso Giants.

The Striker is a student at Kibuli SS and has been billed as one for the future.

He scored nine goals for Kibuli SS to finish as the top-scorer in the 2023 UMEA Solidarity games boys Football that were held at at Kawanda.

Kimera has been a hit in Masaza Cup where he plies his trade with Gomba Lions, having joined from Kyadondo.

The forward is registered with Regional League side Manyangwa FC.

He also helped Kampala Central defend the 2014 National U-14 Chenga City Tyres football title held in Masaka.

If the deal goes through, he will become Wakiso Giants’ second addition from Masaza Cup after Blanchar Mulumba.

The Purple Sharks, however, are yet to unveil a single player as new signing this season.

They have already lost Shariph Kimbowa, Moses Aliro, Grant Matsiko and Ibrahim Kiirya.
