SC Villa have promoted youngster Ronani Gasikire to the senior team from their reserve team.
Ronani pens a 3 years contract from the 2021/2022 season till June 2024, the club has confirmed.
The left footer plays in both defensive and attacking positions and has been given shirt number 24.
The academy graduate says he’s very grateful to join the senior team as well as signing a contract with the club.
“I am very happy to join the senior team of SC Villa. It is every player’s dream to graduate to the senior team. And it is also a sign that the manager has confidence in me as a player.”
He is the latest graduate of Jogoo young to join the senior team after Abdallah Ssekandi and Abdallah Salim. Gavin Kizito also went through the same rank.
The Jogoos, 10th on the log with 36 points, will also confirm promotion of left-footed Allan Nyanzi to the senior team before start of next season.
