Uganda Cranes Land In Kigali Ahead Of Thursday’s Clash

Uganda Cranes contingent are already in Kigali ahead of Thursday’s game with Rwanda’s Amavubi Stars in 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

The team of 25 players and other officials, led by leader of delegation Ariga Rasoul Ibrahim, left Entebbe International Airport aboard RwandaAir at 10pm.

The team landed Rwanda around 1:30am and is booked in at Park In’s Radison Hotel in Kigali.

Uganda has two points from the first two games in group E courtesy of draws against Kenya (away) and Mali (home).

Uganda lost to SC Villa 1-0 on Monday after beating URA and KCCA FC 2-1 each in the build up games.

Coach Micho said that they will be hoping for maximum points in both games against Rwanda.
