Official: URA FC Signs Ndejje Striker

Uganda Premier League side URA Football Club has confirmed the signing of Ndejje University FC Ntege Anwaru Mustafa.

Ntege has signed a three-year contract, with an option to extend for a further year, the club has confirmed.

The 24-year-old striker, formerly at JMC Hippos, has been at Ndejje since 2015. He was Ndejje University’s top scorer netting seven (7) goals last season but the tally proved not enough as the side succumbed to relegation.

Ntege Anwaru Mustafa, as quoted by the club website, said:

“It feels so good to sign for a top club like URA Football Club. It is a challenge for me but I need challenges in my life to better my career. URA FC has good players like Shafik Kagimu and many others who I can’t wait to play with.”

“I want to be the top scorer in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League and to also feature in the National team and URA FC has the platform to help me archive that.”

The development comes just few hours after URA FC lost Midfielder Siraje Ssentamu to Vipers SC.
