Gift Ali Extends Stay At KCCA FC

Midfielder Gift Ali has extended his contract with KCCA by two years, the club announced on Thursday.

The club started negotiations with the player after his contract expired at the beginning of July and has agreed to extend his stay with the Kasasiro boys for more two years.

Gigi was signed by Mike Mutebi from Proline in July 2018 has had his career plagued by injuries but the KCCA FC big wings found it ideal to keep him around.

After signing the contract, his first assignment will be in the CECAFA Kagame Cup were KCCA is in group A alongside Le Messenger Ngozi FC from Burundi and Zanzibar’s KMKM SC.

The Lugogo based club have already boosted their squad with the signing of Brian Majwega from URA, Yasser Mugerwa and Emmanuel Wasswa while Brian Kayanja from UPDF, Usama Arafat and Innocent Wafula avhe reportedly signed.

Moses Kalanzi, Filbert Obenchan, Keziron Kizito and Steven Serwadda have all departed the club.
