BUL: Onen Dissatisfied With Draw in Arua

BUL FC head coach Peter Onen says that his side deserved more than a draw after sharing spoils with hosts Onduparaka FC in their league encourage at Green light Stadium on Tuesday.

Nothing could separate the sides as the tie ended goalless.

“We played away from home but the result wasn’t really satisfactory as the way we wanted it,” said Onen.

“However, we can at least go back with one point though it was not of our planning.”

Onen believes that his side could have done better and snatch all maximum points, a feat few teams have managed to achieve while playing in Arua.

Defender Walter Ochora was however thankful for a point his side got from what he described as a ‘high physical tactical game’.

“We needed three points but according to how the game was and a lot of tactical ability required, we had to settle for a draw and we are thankful for this one point we have gone with,” defender Ochora said

A point kept Jinja based outfit in its 2nd position on the log with 24 points from 12 games, six points behind league leaders Vipers SC who beat Wakiso Giants 1-0 at Kitende.

BUL will host Mbarara City FC in thier next game before visiting SC Villa.
